You must have found our poster! Thanks for your interest!

Me and my partner are looking to rent a 2-4 bedroom home in Bragg Creek or surrounding area to get a sense of the area before purchasing. I know, you’re probably thinking ‘Another poor soul looking for those mysterious Bragg Creek Rentals. Do they even exist?!’ And, honestly, we’re wondering the same thing. We’ve exhausted every other option so here I am asking for your help. Here’s the pitch, just incase you need to be convinced;

The short:

2-4 Bedroom; ideally a house but open to other possibilities.

Pet Friendly: I have a medium-large, well behaved dog. She’s 5, very very rarely barks and doesn't damage property. She’s very friendly.

Bonuses but not 100% required:

A yard or outdoor space. With Gardens?

A garage or shop.

Detached.

Maybe a wood burning fire place? So cozy.

Bike ride to town

About us:

We’re two active, ~30 year olds who prioritizes community and being outdoors over most things. We like to live fairly simply and spend most of our free time outside doing various sports, gardening, or wandering to a cafe/patio for a beverage and chat. We’re those classic nature lovers fighting for the betterment of our planet and the conservation of our beautiful natural landscapes; we can’t wait to volunteer for Bragg Creek Trails!

We’re two professionals; I’m an art director/photographer with a safe, full-time salary position with a locally based photo production company. I’m also building a start up thats focus is on providing support to artists and creatives to use their crafts to explore stories within environmentalism. My partner is a full time fundraiser for a well established non-profit in education. She’s also in university to help further her career.

I’m ‘handy’ and not afraid of taking on big tasks. I’ve worked with my current landlord to drastically increase the value of my current place; redid all the floors, put in x3 large gardens, built a fence around the yard, painted every room, reshingled the garage, etc. I’m a neat freak, like keeping busy and working with my hands. So, we’re open to homes with ‘character’ and would be open to working out an interesting deal with someone that might need some help.

We both grew up in small communities and are excited to move back to one to emerge ourselves into the local culture. Bragg Creek is at the top of our list for hopeful places to move.

Feel free to message me or email dylanleeder@gmail.com if you have any questions or suggestions! We’ll take whatever help we can get.

Thanks!
