In an effort to celebrate our home province beyond the mountains, we took a drive into rural ranching country to spend an evening with the family behind Trail’s End Beef.
Operating over five generations, dating back to 1882, Trail’s End has become a staple of sustainable beef farming in Alberta. In addition to their rich history of successful ranching, the family plays an active role in their community—through rodeo, environmental advocacy, and good old-fashioned hospitality.
